- Develop, implement and administer environmental health and safety programs
- Uphold compliance with Federal, State and Local Regulations
- Lead EHS meetings
- Conduct facility assessments
- Strengthen EHS training programs
- Manage EHS training sessions
- Drive EHS awareness campaigns
- Conduct job hazard analysis
- Oversee environmental affairs compliance
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies
- Run routine and special reports
- Investigate and document workplace incidents
- Initiate corrective action(s) as appropriate
- Assist with training and onboarding processes for new employees
- Serve as a resource for existing employees and leadership teams
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Environmental Health and Safety experience
- Related experience from a chemical, manufacturing and/or warehouse environment
- Safety Management experience
- Experience developing EHS programs
- Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations
