- Answer and respond to incoming phone calls from season ticket holders, ticket purchasers and guest complaints
- Lead support for fans using MLB Ballpark App
- Assist Box Office and Phone Room Managers with day-to-day operations
- Assist guests by resolving ticket purchase errors
- Secure payment for ticket sales and process distribution of tickets
- Process and execute game tickets requests
- Box Office and Phone support for non-baseball related events held at Globe Life Field
- Passion to work in the Sports Industry
- Must be able to work well with a diverse group of peers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and pay attention to detail
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Willingness to work weekends, games, events, and some holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
- Must be available and willing to work throughout the 2024 Season from February through October
