Executive Support Technician

Location:
Arlington, VA


This position will support a Government agency that requires US Citizenship.


In this role, the
Executive Support Technician provides priority based categorization to track the progress of all incidents and restore degraded or disrupted services as quickly as possible.


Executive Support Role:

Service
  • Executive service comes with special service. Your best, most attentive, and courteous Executive Support (CTR) Technicians should be assisting FDIC Executives.

Maintaining customer integrity and following correct SOP processes to ticket management while also update details within tickets and write-up logs:


  • Time
  • Executives are assisted as soon as technicians receive tickets\tasks to reduce the down time from the VIPs job productivity.

Acting diligently on specific instructed processes or procedures on a daily basis:


  • VIP tickets
  • SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are in place to make sure Executive support meets contractual time frames.

Maintaining understand of high pressure atmosphere.

Having the ability to switch gears with service provided or technical involvement needed with executive clients

Perception
  • Making sure that technicians are dressed and groomed appropriately to visit Executives onsite. Technicians should carry themselves in a professional manner at all times.

Having the ability to utilize clear social skills to handle executive level support activities, meetings, communication, and quality service in that environment:


  • Escalations
  • Making sure technicians are escalating to Government and Contractor management as soon as a situation arises so it can be mitigated in a timely fashion.

Maintaining good rapport with clients by fully following up with tasks and communicating with clients with follow-ups to provide good customer satisfaction:


  • Government Executive Support
  • If Executives contact their team directly, they will decide who is going to assist the Executive, whether it be their group or assign to the Executive (CTR) Support team to assist.

Tier II Tech Support
  • Tier II Technical support online and in person

Workstation Imaging

  • Imaging new laptops or desktop computers for first time use.

Onsite Executive Tech support
  • Onsite Technical Support to FED Exec Support team

Priority 1 Tech Support
  • Support for companywide priority 1 issues

Responsibilities:

-
Working with high visibility clients utilizing white glove service and excellence
-
Requiring the ability to multi-task projects, assignments, and functions regularly
-
Required to be available from early hours to late hours even being on-call over weekends and holidays as the client needs with staggered and flexible schedule
-
Requires a clear understanding of on the go troubleshooting, solution management, but also keeping an open line of communication with Federal oversite and overhead

  • Consolidation of surplus items for disposal in FST and Main Building
  • Cleaning and organization of DIT workrooms / storerooms
  • Locating / verifying location of hardware assets
  • Updating maintain accurate hardware records in SNOW
  • Tagging newly delivered equipment with asset numbers for tracking
  • Installation, removal, relocation of peripheral IT Equipment / Client office setup
  • Act as onsite liaison coordinating with vendor for Printer Maintenance
  • Troubleshoot / report maintenance / errors / jams with MFP and desktop printers
  • Providing onsite support for printers in coordination with remote configuration teams

Public Trust Background Investigation
This position requires having or obtaining a Public Trust Clearance


The requirements are below:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • If On-Site, must be able to commute to Arlington, VA
  • No Bankruptcies, open or closed (it is a lifelong check)
  • No Car Repossessions (it is a lifelong check)
  • No current collections that do not have a payment plan
  • No bad standing with IRS
  • No bad credit
