- Works closely with department
- Creates project plans including dependencies, communication, scope, budget, timeline, and milestones
- Uses project management tools and methodologies to track project deliverables and timeline
- Monitors project timelines and holds the IT and cross-functional teams accountable to meet deadlines
- Holds and attends regular project status meetings associated with assigned projects
- Develops and delivers weekly progress reports and escalates progress delays to leadership
- Creates Standard Operations Procedures and workflows
- Manages and resolves cross-project dependencies, risks, issues/conflicts, and change requests to ensure that all project milestones and deliverables are met
- Works with project managers from third-party vendors to develop a holistic project plan and manages the third-party vendors to ensure they are meeting deadlines
- Partners with Human Resources to communicate key milestones and project updates to all employees
- Develops and delivers presentations to key stakeholders as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing company-wide IT initiatives
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a direct-to-consumer business
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent field
- Experience with IT system development and familiar with Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience managing an eCommerce re-platform a plus
- Experience with Workfront or similar project management tool and Flowchart software a plus
- Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to plan, monitor, manage and/or support different aspects of technology projects
- Ability to drive results by holding leadership, peers and third-party vendors accountable
- Strong organization skills to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and work independently in a demanding, dynamic environment
- Able to anticipate needs, lead multiple projects, collaborate in a team environment, and manage shifting priorities
- Must have excellent written, verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information, decisions, and approaches to technical and non-technical audiences
- PM Certification (SCRUM OR PMP) a plus
- Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to change
- Proficiency with MS office products, specifically Excel and Power Point
- Must be fluent in English to include reading, writing and speaking
