Overview:
The Project Manager will provide overall administrative and technical direction on more than one projects.

Job requirements

• Work Independently and exercise discretion in day to day activities
• Issue RFIs to the General Contractors and Owners for review and approval; distribute response to all involved parties
• Process submittals for approval
• Price change orders
• Review and approve Subcontractor invoices
• Provide updates to Owner on overall projects costs as required
• Review schedule and identify lead times on material deliveries, critical path activities or delays that may impact overall schedule; responsible for managing project durations
• Update lookahead schedules provided
• Perform weekly/monthly schedule updates
• Share and manage project expectations and budgets
• Enhance organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Prepare MOT's, permit processing with county municipalities
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Procure material pricing from vendors
• Prepare cost analysis for materials, equipment, overhead and subcontractor cost
• Excellent clientfacing skills
• Organizational skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize projects according to specifications
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft excel), time management and analytical skills

$75, $85,000.00 per year
