    We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and elevate our culinary offerings to new heights.

    Executive Chef Responsibilities
    Lead and manage all aspects of the kitchen, including menu development, food preparation, and presentation, to ensure the highest quality of cuisine and service
    Oversee kitchen operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management, to maintain a cohesive and efficient team
    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and sanitation practices to uphold the restaurants reputation for cleanliness and professionalism
    Manage food costs, inventory levels, and purchasing decisions to optimize profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality and freshness
    Foster a culture of creativity, teamwork, and continuous improvement among kitchen staff, inspiring them to excel and strive for culinary excellence
    Executive Chef Qualifications
    Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-end Chinese restaurant or upscale dining establishment
    Expertise in Chinese cuisine, with a deep understanding of traditional cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredients, coupled with a creative flair for innovation
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a diverse team of culinary professionals
    Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively in a fast-paced environment
    Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and sanitation protocols, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
    Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
