This job requires long hours of standing, walking, lifting, bending and dealing with noises and dust. As well as awareness of your surroundings while working. Responsible for receiving delivered supplies to the location, prepping the work space, and priming the walls.

Started off working as a fryer. Basically frying up food made to order. Slowly started to work around the kitchen which included working on the grill grill and bun station. Required restocking inventory from your station. As  well as preparing the food. Helped open and close the restaurant.  

Commissary & Ecomms Team Member / Levain Bakery / May 2021 - June 2022

Workers would be required to wear an apron as well as a hair net when working with cookie mix. Required to stand on your feet while working, as well as lifting around 20lb. Help restocking inventory for the cookie mix. Moved my way up as a Ecomms Team Member, started to learn how to process customers online orders with the use of Shipstation and Shopify. Excel was also used as a template to have an accurate amount of cookies needed to bake for online orders.

CXRA Pastry Chef / March - June 2023

Keep track of the weekly schedule. Planning and preparing desserts ahead of time. Being able to work in a fast and stressful environment. Using a scale to measure out ingredients for dessert. Baking desserts such as Macaroons, brownies, cookies, blondies, croissants, cheddar chives, etc.
