    Description
    Technical Support Representative BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Representative for a Remote opportunity

    Position Title:

    Technical Support Representative Location:
    Remote Anticipated Start Date: 11/20 Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.


    Expected Duration:
    7 Months+

    Renewable Job Type:
    [FULL TIME (>=30 HRS WEEKLY)], [CONTRACT], [REMOTE]

    Pay Range:
    $20/hr to $23.52/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).


    Requirements:
    Knowledge of HP Printers, WebJet Admin & ServiceNow or other ticketing system, networking protocols.
    Troubleshoot and resolve print server and print queue issues.
    Install and setup printers and apply Customer configurations Job Description:
    Respond to common service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions.
    Monitor & resolve Service tickets for printing related incidents and problems
    Initiate Device related trouble tickets into the Customer supplied ticketing system.
    Troubleshoot and resolve printer, print driver, and client system printing issues, non-reporting devices
    Perform device and fleet usage analysis
    Perform research related to printing related issues
    Assist with the evaluation, testing, and creation of configuration templates of new devices
    Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they are met.
    Work effectively in a multicultural environment.
    Contribute to team's ability to meet target goals.
