    Front Office/ Customer Service Representative- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction you will also assist front desk support serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this role involves greeting guests, handling inquiries, managing front desk activities, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception area the front desk support specialist is also responsible for various administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the office.

    1st Shift- 7:00am-4:00pm

    Pay Rate- $

    • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office/department.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
    • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
    • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing
