    • Your great communication skills and experience manager customer relationships
    • Your experience managing a small to medium team full of many skill sets
    • Your experience successfully accrediting software within the DoD (bonus for doing so at the NGA)
    • Your experience providing training and user engagement sessions for end users

    At the interview, we will look for:

    Team BITS/CACI is looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and relentlessly organized leader/mentor to perform the role of Program Manager (PM)


    What Youll Get to Do?


    • As the PM you will provide both program-level support and leadership to the entire organization.
    • Create and present program artifacts to both the CACI leadership team and government customers.
    Program artifacts include numerous types of schedules, projections, progress, and financial reports


    • Be directly involved with user engagement and training for users and stakeholders
    • Tackle personnel management tasks as-well-as less tangible leadership duties

    Youll Bring These Qualifications:


    • Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a polygraph in a timely manner
    • Bachelors degree and at least 10 years of experience working in government IT development programs
    • Five years experience as manager leading small to mid sized teams
    • Demonstrated success in delivering functional code to the Governments satisfaction using agile design and development techniques
    • Knowledge of the SAFe methodology
    • A track record of delivering functional software via agile development methods

    These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:


    • Active TS/SCI poly or higher
    • SAFe Agilist or SAFe Government Practitioner certification preferred.
    • PMP Certification

    There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
