Job DescriptionSales Manager for Eliot Management Group by Deluxe
Are you a leader who is passionate about motivating your team, going the extra mile for your customers, and ABSOLUTELYSMASHING your sales goals?
Eliot Management Group by Deluxe has a leadership position for a sales manager who will take ownership to lead and develop a team of outside sales representatives as a Sales Development Leader (SDL) and maintain overall responsibility for all our sales activities in the Charlotte area from our local office.
What Will You Do?
· Leader of the Pack: You are the head of your sales office and are in control of your own success. You will forge the path by helping recruit top talent, guiding your team as they set their personal goals, and motivate them to achieve those goals. Tool Expert: You will be given a stocked toolbox from Eliot's corporate team to support your success, including our recruiting, training, onboarding, and product teams to name a few. It is up to YOU to become an expert liaison with these departments to use all the tools and training available to make your office TOP in its market.
· Civic Guru: Be a part of your community You will provide services to the local businesses where you eat, shop and frequently pass each day. Harness Eliot's national presence and support with your local expertise to edge out your competitors.

o Our ideal candidate is also available to travel for training, expenses paid, at one of our other sales offices for 60-90 days.
