Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruiting: Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting plans for exempt and administrative positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment, interview, evaluation, and selection process for exempt positions, ensuring we attract the best talent in the industry.
- Networking: Utilize industry contacts, association memberships, and trade groups to expand our talent pool and establish meaningful professional relationships.
- College Recruitment: Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives to attract emerging talent and foster future leaders within our organization.
- Full Life Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process from requisition to hire, collaborating closely with Interview Schedulers and Corporate HR to streamline operations.
- Analytical Insights: Utilize data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting plans, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize our recruitment strategies.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruiting metrics, and provide regular updates on job vacancies, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with Administrative Branch leaders to support retention initiatives and provide insights into turnover analysis.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for corporate initiatives, rollouts, and training projects, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in HR, with a focus on highvolume recruiting, demonstrating proficiency in full life cycle recruiting of exempt and administrative positions.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends, providing valuable insights to drive recruitment strategies and decisionmaking.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop meaningful professional relationships internally and externally.
- Time Management: Strong independent time management and multitasking abilities, ensuring efficient execution of recruitment plans.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, essential for managing multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
