    Job Summary:


    Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced and visionary Business Development Leader to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive business development within the Trane Rental Services division.

    In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and fostering collaborative partnerships to accelerate the growth and success of Trane Rental Services.

    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Trane Rental Services, aligning with organizational goals and market trends.

    Lead the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of new business opportunities to expand the customer base and revenue channels.

    Build and foster strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the market position and profitability of Trane Rental Services.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units within Trane Technologies to leverage synergies and explore cross-selling opportunities.

    Drive the development of innovative sales and marketing programs to create awareness and demand for Trane Rental Services.


    Develop and implement effective sales enablement initiatives, including training programs and tools, to empower the sales team and enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.

    Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify areas for improvement and optimization.


    Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.


    Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning, preferably within the HVAC or rental services industry.

    Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and driving successful business outcomes.

    Strong business acumen and market understanding; ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.

    Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

    Demonstrated ability to build and foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, customers, and industry players.

    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.

    Willingness and ability to travel as required to support customer meetings and strategic initiatives.

    Base Salary:
    $130,000 - $170,000 + bonus

    Salary and Benefits:
    Salary will be commensurate with experience and can fall outside of the posted range.
