    We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our US sales team in the wound care industry. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing and cultivating relationships with healthcare facilities, wound clinics, hospitals, and other key stakeholders. This role requires extensive fieldwork, a deep understanding of wound care products, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for delivering superior customer service.

    Requirements:

    · Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the wound care segment.

    · Identify and prospect new business opportunities by conducting research, cold calling, and networking within the healthcare industry.

    · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including healthcare professionals, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers.

    · Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our wound care products.

    · Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure seamless delivery and support of products and services.

    · Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business partnerships.

    · Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to effectively position our offerings in the market.

    · Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of sales and leads.

    · Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company, network with potential clients, and promote our products and services.
