- Estandarizar los procesos con el mejor resultado para el negocio, reportings, facturación, indicadores, FNOL, seguimiento de KPIs
- Participar en el desarrollo de nuevos acuerdos
- Apoyo en negociaciones con los responsables de cuentas
- Interlocución con las diferentes áreas de negocio (operaciones, cc, IT, marketing) para adecuar las necesidades del cliente en la información
- Asegurar la información actualizada en Playbook que apoyen en la toma de las mejores decisiones
- Impulsar y promover la herramienta en el equipo de grandes cuentas
- Adaptación de los contenidos de la empresa de acuerdo con las necesidades locales
- Participar en reuniones de resultados, presupuesto y de estrategia
- 5- Elaboración de Propuestas y Predicciones de Mercado a nivel comercial
- Conocer el comportamiento del mercado asegurador
- Revisión de simulaciones para nuevos acuerdos
- Impulsar nuevos modelos económicos en línea al comportamiento del mercado en el corto medio y largo plazo
- Formación nivel superior, preferible licenciatura ADE, Económicas, o similar
- 3 años de experiencia en puesto similar, preferible sector aseguradoras de ámbito internacional
- Experiencia y conocimiento en el sector
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales
- Conocimientos relevantes al análisis aplicado
- Desarrollo y entrega de informes claros y puntuales
- Análisis y organización de información (data)
- Manejo de proyectos
- Retroalimentación (feedback) objetiva y orientada a resultados.
- Inglés nivel Advance, hablado, escrito, y leído.
- Castellano nivel nativo
