Position Summary
Tioga is currently looking for an
Inside
Sales Representative to be located in our Philadelphia office and reporting to the Regional Sales Director.
This sales position is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in launching a career in a highly respected sales organization while learning the essentials of the business.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Strong business acumen and Sales mindset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer relations
- Good mathematical and mechanical aptitude
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as primary customer interface from inquiry to final delivery
- Build proposals and discuss details with customer
- Represent Tioga in interactions with customers, vendors, third party contractors and coworkers in the highest professional manner
- Understand and communicate details concerning Tioga specifications
- Thoroughly process and coordinate all customer requests
- Manage orders from inquiry to delivery
- Followup on customer inquiries and requests, maintaining CRM database
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Communicate customer needs within the Tioga organization, ensuring ontime deliveries and customer satisfaction
