HVAC Service Sales Representative - Commercial/Industrial - B2B - Pennsauken, NJ
Lor-Mar is a leading mechanical services company serving businesses and facilities in the Philadelphia metro area.

Our clients include commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and retail businesses providing a full range of HVAC, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal Services.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Generate new customer qualified sales leads by identifying and developing new business opportunities through prospecting cold calling, organizational affiliations, referrals, mailers, social media, etc.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies
  • Identify, assess, and initiate contact with potential customers
  • Schedule opportunity leads/assessments and discovery meetings for Sales Representatives to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with Lor-Mar
  • Meet the weekly sales activity goal phone calls, contacts made, qualified leads set, marketing mailers sent out
  • Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify and engage target customers
  • Regularly maintain and enter activity and campaign effectiveness through the CRM system

Qualifications including Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Energetic, goal driven, motivated, and possess drive necessary to develop new business relationships
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, organization, and customer communication
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment
  • Be able to work independently as well as successfully with the sales team
  • Experience with utilizing a CRM
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
Base salary $65,000-$75000, plus commission.

First year OTE $100,000-110,000+
