- Greet andwelcome guest as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct all office visitors
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is clean and presentable, with all necessary stationary and materials (e.g., applications, pens, and forms)
- Provide fundamental information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by follow safety procedures and controlling office access
- order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Draft, file, and prepare legal contracts (experience is a plus, but we're willing to teach this skill)
- Conduct high-level reviews regarding contract revisions and drafts
- 2+ years working with Legal Contracts preferred but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, required.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi task and change priorities based on customer and department needs.
- Excellent skills to effectively negotiate, draft, and manage contracts required.
- Experience with Clio or other CSM/CRM
- Excellent phone etiquette and written correspondence required.
- Computer and software skills (Microsoft Office and Google Suite)

Our office in Dallas is looking for a dedicated Receptionist/Contract Specialist. This person will review every contract signed including but not limited to retainer and payment arrangements for all departments. You will also ensure that all signed contracts are performed and processed properly. The Receptionist/Contract Specialist position reports directly to the Intake Director and works alongside all departments to ensure accuracy for all contracts.
