    Job Title: Bilingual HR Recruiting Specialist (Spanish-speaking)

    Company Overview: Our client is a leading wholesale distribution company specializing in the food and beverage industry. With a commitment to excellence and efficiency, our client prides themselves on delivering high-quality products to our clients.

    We're actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Bilinugal HR Specialist to join the team, playing a pivotal role in managing over 250 employees across our Dallas & FWT locations. Additionally, this role will contribute to the HR processes of their sister company, Cannify, further enhancing the operational efficiency and cohesion. Spanish speaking.

    Responsibilities

    As an HR Specialist, you will take charge of the entire recruitment and selection process. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Identifying staffing needs and working closely with hiring managers to define job requirements.
    • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job postings, social media, and networking.
    • Conducting interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the selection of the best candidates.
    • Managing the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
    • Assisting hiring managers in various HR functions, such as employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and HR administration.
    • Participate in daily/weekly meetings, acting as point of contact and HR Business Partner.
    • Additional duties as assigned by management.
    • Ensure legal compliance, fairness and consistency in areas of employment, benefit administration, employee relations, training, and performance management and compensation.
    • Administer all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, FMLA, vacation, paid leaves.

    Language Skills

    • Must speak Spanish and English
    • Ability to read and interpret financial statements, business trends, professional journals, regulatory laws, and policies & procedures. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with employees.
    • Computer literacy (MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Proficient knowledge and application of HR laws and regulations
    • Preferred Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in implementing and customizing the HR software utilized by the company.

    Experience and Qualification

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in the human resource field
    • 2 years of managerial role preferred
    • You have knowledge of recruitment best practice and methodologies.
    • You are a self-starter with strong administration and organizational skills.
    • This role requires someone who can work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
    • You will need to be able to communicate at all levels and have the ability to provide objective and balanced feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
    • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • You have exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
