- Identifying staffing needs and working closely with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job postings, social media, and networking.
- Conducting interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the selection of the best candidates.
- Managing the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assisting hiring managers in various HR functions, such as employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and HR administration.
- Participate in daily/weekly meetings, acting as point of contact and HR Business Partner.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
- Ensure legal compliance, fairness and consistency in areas of employment, benefit administration, employee relations, training, and performance management and compensation.
- Administer all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, FMLA, vacation, paid leaves.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the human resource field
- 2 years of managerial role preferred

- You are a self-starter with strong administration and organizational skills.
- This role requires someone who can work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- You will need to be able to communicate at all levels and have the ability to provide objective and balanced feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
