    Talent Acquisition Coordinator

    Status: Full-time, Salary

    Overtime: Exempt

    Compensation: $50, ,000 + monthly bonuses

    Location: Remote, Denver CO area preferred

    Summary of Role:

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for the successful screening and hiring of high volume staff for a select region of senior living communities. They will maintain consistent communication with all hiring stakeholders. The TA coordinator will efficiently and effectively move candidates through the recruitment life cycle.

    Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
    • Build, maintain and continuously improve a company-wide recruitment strategy
      with a focus on unique needs of each community for success in hiring and
      retaining top talent.
    • Efficiently and effectively source, screen, and hire qualified candidates within the recruitment life cycle.
    • Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders within the Talent Acquisition Process.
    • Ability to oversee the hiring process for a high volume of open positions within the MorningStar brand.
    • Collaborate with community and regional leadership to establish trust and
      credibility across the organization. Show an understanding and model of the
      company culture, support business objectives and demonstrate partnership for a
      strategy for each community.
    • Contribute to the hiring strategy for a broad recruitment portfolio.
    • Oversee compliance with organizational hiring standards and internal policies
      and procedures. Ensures compliance with all employment regulations and laws.
    • Drive the quality of the employee experience, engagement, retention and
      recruitment effectiveness.
    Job Qualifications:
    • Education: A college degree is preferred but not necessary if work experience fulfills requirements and skills needed to do the job.
    • Experience: Recruitment experience within senior living or a related field is preferred.
    • Technology: Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new applications and use existing MorningStar applications.
    • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively while demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication.
    • Working Environment: Ability to work independently from a remote location.
