Job Title:
Permit Coordinator - Custom Vinyl Fencing and Composite Decks


Responsibilities:


  • Obtain permits for custom vinyl fencing and composite deck projects.
  • Coordinate with local authorities, homeowners' associations, and other relevant parties to secure necessary approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations for each project.
  • Maintain accurate records of permits and approvals.
  • Provide support to project managers and construction teams as needed.

Requirements:


  • Experience in obtaining permits for construction projects, particularly in custom fencing and decking.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and permit management software.

Note:

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and compliant execution of custom vinyl fencing and composite deck projects.

Experience in permit acquisition for similar projects is highly valued.


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
