    Hourly Wage Estimate: $61.67 / hour

    Our nurses at Rose Medical Center play a crucial role on the front lines, providing compassionate care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit. We are looking for a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our dedicated team.

    Job Summary and Qualifications:

    The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) at Rose Medical Center is responsible for overseeing high-quality patient care and ensuring smooth operations within the unit. In this role, you will collaborate with the management team, serve as a resource for staff, and uphold the organization's values to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with admissions and discharges to maintain efficient patient care processes
    • Participate in quality assessments and collaborate with team members to improve outcomes
    • Foster a teamwork environment and support a patient-first philosophy
    • Play a key role in staff training, development, and scheduling
    • Manage inventory and ensure proper supply levels

    Qualifications:

    • Must have Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
    • Basic Cardiac Life Support and Neonate Resuscitation certifications required
    • Registered Nurse with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree
