**Your Purpose:**
You will create a welcoming environment for Hartman visitors and answer and direct a high-volume rate of calls to corporate office. You will also support the office services team with various administrative projects.
**Your responsibilities:**
Answer multiple line telephone system, direct the caller to appropriate associate, and manage calls for the leasing department
Answer calls addressed to the CEOs and screen for appropriateness
Manage building vendors and office supplies
Retrieve, sort, date-stamp and forward all incoming US mail, and package deliveries from various carriers, and create labels for various mail-outs
Maintain cleanliness of conference room and kitchen break room
Support office service team by processing new hires benefits package and various responsibilities as needed
