Overview:

Corporate Receptionist/Office Coordinator


We're looking for a Receptionist/Office Coordinator with a bubbly personality and professional appearance to assist with answering and directing phone calls to appropriate staff, following up with customers, and providing additional clerical support as this role is the first point of contact for the entire organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer phones, screen, and direct calls incoming telephone calls on a multiline system to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Greets all visitors and guests upon entering Nova Medical Centers
  • Corporate Office complying with all security protocols and provides approriate assistance.
  • Provides outstanding customer service at all times, without exception.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments/meetings by demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Resolves or directs routine internal and external inquiries with customers.
  • Maintain inventory of all necessary supplies for Corporate office.
  • Keeps accurate records/logs of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with departmental travel coordination.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm in the Corporate Office.
  • At least 23 years experience as a Receptionist in a fastpaced, highvolume setting in a clerical or administrative role required.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish.
  • Polished professional with an outgoing and team player attitude.
  • Excellent typing skills (word processing; 5060 wpm)
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills.
  • Proven job diligence, dedication and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to work overtime on occasion.
  • Comfort and experience interfacing with various levels of staff and management, while working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of general office machines (i.e. fax, copier, printers, etc.) required.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees and vendors
