We are currently seeking a technically skilled and personable
Accountant (m/f/d) with a focus on accounts payable to join our team in
Gütersloh as soon as possible.


YOUR TASKS:


  • Accounts payable accounting for all group companies (focus)
  • Maintenance of accounts payable master data
  • Posting and booking of incoming invoices
  • Preparation and review of payment runs
  • Management of open items and account reconciliations
  • Management and booking of cash books
  • Participation in annual financial statements
  • After successful training, additional representation in other subsidiary accounting areas is planned (accounts receivable, banks, fixed assets)

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Successfully completed commercial training and/or business administration degree
  • Professional experience in accounts payable accounting
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge of DATEV is an advantage
  • Independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
