Insight into your tasks:


  • Secretarial and assistant tasks mainly in the field of intensive care medicine and ambulances of our clinic (e.g. sending doctor's letters, preparing file archiving, processing orders via SAP)
- internal and external correspondence
- representation of the ward secretariats of our anesthesiological intensive care units (focus on administrative tasks: coordination of appointments and examinations, management of patient admission and discharge, support of the medical team, direct contact with patients and their families)
