Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) with a mix of technical and interpersonal skills.


Your daily tasks will include:

  • Handling customer complaints
  • Monitoring and processing in the ActiveReport, as well as monitoring special customers
  • Monitoring and processing of warehouse intake and overflow areas
  • Recording and monitoring pickup orders
  • Taking over, checking, and preparing partner IT data
  • Processing import/export platform traffic
  • Creating and checking unloading reports
  • Processing partner complaints and shipment records

Completed commercial training with relevant work experience

  • Good
    English language skills in both written and spoken form
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good IT knowledge
