To support our strategic initiatives in the area of Global DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), we are looking for a dedicated and talented individual for a dual master's position in cooperation with Steinbeis University.


YOUR TASKS

  • Collaboration in the development, implementation and further development of the company's global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy
  • Support in the execution of DEI initiatives, awareness measures and workshops for employees at all levels
  • Analysis of data and preparation of reports to assess progress
  • Collaboration with internal departments and external partners to design and implement innovative DEI programs and initiatives
  • Support in the creation and implementation of DEI communication strategies to promote awareness and appreciation for diversity
  • Conduct research and analyze best practices and trends in the field of DEI

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed bachelor's degree (min. 180 ECTS) in business administration or a relevant field
  • Interest in and ideally some experience with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) or related topics
  • Strong communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2) as well as intercultural competence
  • Ideally some experience in conceptual work
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex issues and develop solutionoriented approaches
  • Teamwork, independence and high selfm
