Tasks:

What to expect:
As a foreperson for machine technology in the central technology department of K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH at the Philippsthal location, you will take on the following tasks from May 1, 2023 or earlier:

  • Maintenance and repair work on machines, pumps, and pipeline construction including various fittings
  • Planning, execution, and monitoring of maintenance processes
  • Supervision and responsibility for employees in the machine technology department
  • Instruction and supervision of subordinate employees
  • Ensuring safety, order, and cleanliness in the workplace

Your profile:

What you bring:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic
  • Experience in maintenance work on machines, pumps, and pipelines
  • Knowledge in welding technology (manual, TIG, MIG)
  • Good handling of SAP and Microsoft Office programs is an advantage
  • Teamwork, resilience, and a confident and professional demeanor
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime, including weekends and holidays, and to be on call
