We are looking for
social workers (m/f/d), social educators (m/f/d), pedagogues (m/f/d), and psychologists (m/f/d) or with a comparable degree according to the skilled worker requirement for 32-40 hours per week for our teams in Oran, MO.


In two residential group homes in Prenzlauer Berg and Lichtenberg, six adolescents between the ages of 14 and 18 are cared for with a pedagogical double structure.

The group service is provided by additional professionals and takes place from 2:00 pm to 8:00 am.

As part of our new care concept, additional services are provided during the day
- both inside and outside the group home by a separate team. This allows for additional resources for intensive work with parents, school support, and 1:1 care.


Therefore, we are looking for a professional who is flexible and available from Monday to Friday and works together with system partners (youth welfare office, school, training institutions), birth families, colleagues, and the young residents.
