WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Design and implementation of a meaningful regular reporting system for the purchasing department (including creation/determination of evaluations and KPIs and their analysis)
- Controlling and improvement of purchasing processes
- Automation of processes (SAP S/4HANA) and support in purchasing price analyses
- Maintenance and conceptual further development of relevant controlling reports and systems
- Special evaluations and adhoc analyses
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- Successfully completed business studies or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in controlling with a focus on purchasing controlling
- Experience in working with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Profound user knowledge in SAP R3, future S/4HANA
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form
- Independent work, responsible organization and prioritization of tasks
