    Director of Marketing

    FLSA: Full-Time | Salaried; Exempt

    Reports to: Director of Operations

    Expected Comp Range: $70k-$80k plus bonus/ DOE

    Remote; Ideal Location: (AL, GA, FL, CO, NJ, KS, MS) - All Locations will be considered.

    tinyRHINO Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to lead and optimize our marketing operations, drive strategic initiatives, develop new product offers and services and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance efficiency, productivity and results. The ideal candidate will possess strong executive-level leadership qualities, strategic vision, and a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and complex marketing campaigns.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proven ability to conceptualize and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, leveraging market insights and consumer trends.
    • Expertise in designing and optimizing sales funnels to drive lead generation, conversion, and client retention, utilizing automation and analytics tools for continuous improvement.
    • Skilled in crafting end-to-end marketing strategies encompassing branding, digital marketing, content creation, and consumer engagement initiatives.
    • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to support product development initiatives, including market research, product positioning, build out of the new product/service, and launch campaigns.
    • Provide leadership with insightful strategic ideas and recommendations, leveraging industry trends, data analysis, and market research to drive innovation and achieve business objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies that enhance competitive positioning and foster long-term growth and success for tinyRHINO Agency.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and insights in effectively leading a full marketing team and managing outsourced partnerships.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to marketing contractors, facilitating their professional development and contribution to company objectives.
    • Provide oversight to all marketing dollars spent on behalf of the agency and/or clients.
    • Actively participate in quarterly company planning events, contributing strategic insights and recommendations for departmental growth and development.
    • Strategize and approve quarterly design themes/templates to refresh client media and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
    • Specialize in Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads preferably experience in general dentistry, Invisalign, clear aligners, and implants.
    • Manage and scale Facebook Ads, SEO, and Google Ads product offers, driving sales growth and enhancing client retention.
    • Assistant in coordination of company conferences and major events.
    • Supervise social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
    • Conduct regular campaign audits and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Identify target audiences and possess the ability to measure the reach and overall success of both traditional and digital marketing efforts.
    • Maximize website performance, track keyword rankings, and implement SEO strategies.
    • Set and achieve strategic goals related to social media metrics, advertising, and marketing campaign initiatives.
    • Build and manage a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals to supply marketing services.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements/Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; required. MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of relatable experience with a proven track record of exceeding job scope.
    • Demonstrated expertise in agency environments, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive client success.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and technologies, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, Google ads, and SEO.
    • Strong project management skills and experience with project management and CRM tools such as Asana and HubSpot.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and client teams.
    • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and optimize operational efficiencies.
    • Leadership experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
