    We are searching for an experienced warehouse associate to join our growing team in our Sussex location.

    Client Care Specialist will be responsible for intensive client interaction and client account management in assisting the sales force that would include, but is not limited to:

    • Communication with clients via telephone and email
    • Order entry
    • Data entry
    • Order confirmation
    • Proposal creation for current and prospective clients
    • Project management

    Previous experience in manufacturing/wholesale client care experience required.

    As Client Care Specialist, all communication and reporting of the duties of the position, including proper paperwork, and CRM reporting, are expected to be completed in a timely fashion and in the manner as prescribed from time to time by the management of The Mosaica Group, LLC.
