- Accounts payable/receivable
- Manage monthly expenses
- Cut checks, prepare ACH payments
- Reconcile ACH/CC deposits, bank statements, investment accounts
- Manage certain customer, supplier relationships
- Vendor bill collection
- Inventory management
- QuickBooks data entry
- General accounting and month-end duties
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic
- 10+ years experience as a bookkeeper or general coordinator with some financial responsibility
- Extremely detail-oriented and work well as part of a small office environment
- QuickBooks expertise (additional accounting software experience a plus)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
- Organizes
- Strong communications both written and oral
- Ability to multi-task
