- You Recruit new ISV Partners by showing them the power of Lansweeper and the mutual value of a partnership, thru inbound and outbound leads.
- You Onboard ISV Partner's with a focus on the quality of the integration, extracting all possible value in the "better together" solution and commercial agreement.
- You Activate new ISV Partners thru GTM plans including marketing sales and customer success.
- You Manage your ISV partners to success with Lansweeper, being measured on both MBO and revenue.
- You receive extensive training while getting to know our Product and ISV Eco-System by shadowing existing ISV Partnerships thru the Recruit, Onboard and activate stages
- You manage the discovery of potential ISV partners (inc. market research and lead generation activities)
- Manage the Discovery criteria of new joint solutions by defining the value proposition, Identifying a USP, and overall evaluation / selection.
- Be responsible for the business case definition: create an initial view of the relationship and the value to Lansweeper and our ISV Partner.
- Closing the partner, negotiating terms and getting to a signed agreement to commence Activation activities.
- Work with our ISV partner to achieve agreed partnership goals, including net new customer targets and revenue targets.
- You report to our Director of ISV Alliances (based in Sydney Australia).

- a professional bachelor's degree
- more than 5 years of experience in (channel) sales, business development and/or account management in Software / SAAS organisation.
- a broad interest in and good knowledge of IT products, process and services.
- Experience working in a Partner organization, preferably ISV?
- Proficiency in API's, IT networks and protocols?
- Salesforce, All bound or other CRM / PRM tools experience?
- Agile, pragmatic and self-starting individual who is entrepreneurial in nature.
