**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Procurement Intern - Analyst, you will provide support to the Procurement and Sourcing
Team on various initiatives including database development and management, document administration, and
client reporting.
This job is part of the Procurement function. The selected person will be responsible for sourcing and procurement of products and services from vendors and suppliers.
**What Youll Do:**
Gather and analyze data to identify and solve problems.
Design, generate, review and implement reports to support stakeholder and global sourcing requirements.
Presents results of analysis with improvements and/or recommendations to the business.
Support Sourcing Managers with various activities such as Request for Proposal (RFP) activities; conduct market analysis for assigned categories, conduct proposal analysis and present findings and recommendations.
Help with projects, attend team meetings, and assist with the creation of presentations.
Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Exchange straightforward information, asks questions and check for understanding
**What Youll Need:**
High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of job-related experience.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
