- Drive self-generation projects across North America.
- Lead and expand the team of generation project managers.
- Manage and expand relationships with key generation and EPC partners.
- Oversee HV & generation equipment procurement alongside ADC Procurement.
- Lead all aspects of high-voltage projects, including scope, schedule, & budget.
- Negotiate contracts with generation EPCs.
- Track and report on power project status for all North American generation sites.
- Drive and own utility portfolio-level budget and financial reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver power capacity in line with customer demands.
- Foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver power generation developments, including ADC partners, utilities, EPCs, and equipment vendors.
- Prepare executive updates and project update presentations for senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5 or more years of power generation development experience.
- 5 or more years of experience running multiple projects simultaneously or related professional experience.
- Knowledge of power generation industry partners and HV/MV manufacturers.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time or as needed to support projects.
