The primary responsibility of the Report Coordinator will be to write research reports for studies performed at APC, both GLP and non-GLP studies.
The Report Coordinator will ensure that all reports accurately depict the conduct of the study according to the raw data and protocol and will require a reasonable amount of supervision.
The Report Coordinator will assist the Study Director throughout the lifetime of the study report from study termination through report finalization.
What You'll Do HereMaintain competency in the current APC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and GLP regulations.
Review draft protocols for reporting requirements, formatting, content, and clarity.
Write the materials and methods section for reports by closely following the protocol and by verifying documented procedures.
Add tables to reports after verifying that review of data has been performed for non-GLP studies and QA review has been performed on GLP studies.
Work closely with Study Directors and APC personnel to resolve report writing or data clarity issues.Review internal Contributing Scientist Reports (CSR) for APC format and style guideline requirements.
Peer review of the material and methods, tables, and deviation section to ensure conformity to protocol and SOP requirements.
Assure that reports written meet APC standards for formatting, clarity, accuracy and completeness.
Review the Report/QA schedule of all non-clinical laboratory studies conducted and maintain timelines.
Compile all reports for shipment including interim, draft and final reports.
What You'll Need To Succeed
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Affiliation and/or training with a relevant professional organization, is desirable.This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Skills:
Problem solving/analysis, project management, customer/client focus, collaboration skills, communication proficiency, ethical conduct, time management, and thoroughness.
