Project Coordinator (m/f/d) for Automotive in Huntsdale, MO

Responsibilities

Coordination of visual and functional checks, as well as measurement tests on components in incoming goods
Coordination of qualitative and quantitative inspection of purchased parts in incoming and outgoing goods, including personnel planning/shift planning
Ensuring the material flow of various parts
Documentation of error, inspection, and work results
Reporting to project managers and clients
Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety and working time laws (including safety training)
Responsibility for the implementation of all organizational processes (e.g. compliance and creation of work instructions)
Documentation and tracking of work orders, creation of work instructions
Management of change management within the project
Design and optimization of new processes

Qualifications

Completed vocational training, for example in the field of automotive mechatronics, industrial mechanics, electrical engineering, or a comparable trade qualification
