    We are hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team of recruiters to assist with sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled individuals for a growing and fast-paced organization. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impressions of Gresham Smith.

    The successful candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. This is the ideal opportunity for someone wishing to broaden their experience and break into the Architecture/Engineering recruiting industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conducts employment-related research and assists the recruitment team with sourcing quality candidates.
    • Assists with the customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level; as well as follow-up correspondence regarding candidate status.
    • Assists the recruitment team with scheduling virtual or in-person interviews, making travel arrangements, checking credentials and references, and scheduling follow-up interviews for the firm's hiring teams.
    • Helps coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provides debrief materials.
    • Identifies opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
    • Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to the recruitment team, hiring managers, and others associated with the recruitment and onboarding process.
    • Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, compensation, benefits, and other related organizational policies, practices, procedures, and/or regulations.
    • Ensures on-site candidates have a positive interviewing experience by serving as their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly.
    • Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with an aptitude for independent judgment and initiative.
    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Training/Systems:
    • Extensive knowledge of social networking platforms, online communications, and other sourcing channels.
    • Maintains confidentiality in all areas.
    • Works with recruiters to provide exceptional client service to candidates and internal hiring teams; has strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
    • Must possess an excellent customer service 'can-do' attitude.
    • Demonstrates strong work ethic and is reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing/Communications, or related experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in recruitment or other HR-related area.
    • Minimum of 1 year of candidate sourcing or related experience.
