- Assist Sr. Project Lead with creating impactful and insightful content that incorporates research, data, and analysis
- Assist Sr. Project Lead with creating new types of content (podcasts, videos, etc.)
- Create ad-hoc content as needed
- Create resource playbooks and guides for specific departments (to provide clarity around data availability, access, tools, and resources)
- Assist Sr. Project Lead with managing Insights platform ensuring contend is curated to meet user needs
- Assist Sr. Project Lead in executing strategic plan for Knowledge & Insights
- Assist with developing trainings or other contact points to further strategic initiatives
- Content creation
- Strong PPT skills used to create cohesive, professional, aesthetically pleasing designs
- Strong story telling skills, able to build a story from a concept or outline
- Skilled in building stories using data and research
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Research and data experience- able to tell a story from statistics/graphs
