    Job Title:
    Marketing Project Coordinator and Content Creator – Hybrid - Atlanta

    Stratfield Consulting is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Project Coordinator and Content Creator to join our consulting team and support our client in Atlanta.

    In this role, you will play a pivotal role in improving our client's business optimization strategy, assisting with project coordination, and creating content for both internal stakeholders and end users.

    This is a contract opportunity with possible extension. A qualified candidate
    must be local to Atlanta as this person will be going onsite on a hybrid schedule. Candidates must be able to work on a W2.

    Responsibilities:
    Coordinate ongoing research activities with third-party vendors.
    Develop engaging content for communications of findings to internal stakeholders and end users.
    Design presentations and materials that effectively communicate research findings and strategic insights.
    Assist with large group meetings, ensuring all materials and presentations are polished and impactful.
    Track action items and manage vendor progress to ensure project milestones are met.
    Schedule and coordinate project working sessions.

    Requirements:
    Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within a marketing or corporate environment.
    Exceptional content creation skills with a talent for storytelling in a corporate setting.
    Proficiency in presentation creation and design, with experience using tools like PowerPoint.
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to track tasks and manage timelines effectively.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
    Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Flexibility to occasionally attend onsite meetings in Atlanta.
