    Instructional Designer/Content Creator
    Location: Remote with possible presence in Atlanta
    Travel Requirement: 10%

    Job Summary

    An instructional designer/content creator on a contract basis will be in charge of crafting and developing vital learning programs. These programs include web-based learning, instructor-led training, blended instruction solutions, and self-led virtual programs.

    The development will center around the clinical and technical aspects of Intuitive products, using tools such as Rise 360, Photoshop, Camtasia, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office. The deliverables, like technical product videos and online modules, will be smoothly integrated into various learning management systems.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage design phases, ensuring functionality, user experience, and testing are top-notch
    • Focus on quick content development for effective learning solutions
    • Regularly update stakeholders on project statuses
    • Analyze training needs alongside Subject Matter Experts
    • Create engaging learning content in collaboration with SMEs
    • Implement innovative learning experiences based on research
    • Ensure high quality, attention to detail, and user engagement in the training content
    • Design and develop diverse training materials like eLearning modules and videos
    • Collaborate with multimedia team for necessary adjustments in media assets
    • Create and review assessments and evaluations
    • Implement instructional design methodologies for project enhancements
    • Seek and oversee third-party training solutions

    Skills and Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
    • Strong grasp of e-learning and rapid development
    • Expertise in adult learning theory
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience with learning management systems
    • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on branding standards
    • Capable of defining and documenting processes
    • Proficient in managing large projects effectively
    • Skilled in fostering strong relationships and providing constructive feedback
    • Ability to design with visual appeal and user experience in mind
    • Team player in fast-paced collaborative environments

    Education and Training Requirements

    • Minimum degree requirement

    Required Software Proficiency:
    - Articulate Rise 360
    - Camtasia
    - Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
    - MS Office (Word, Power-Point, Excel, Teams)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of experience in biotech or medical device organizations
    • Master's degree in Curriculum Development or Instructional Design/Technology preferred
    • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Xmind, Adobe Premier Pro, and After Effects
