    Job Title: Executive Assistant

    Location: Cincinnati, OH

    Shift: 1st Shift

    Pay: $65,000 to $70,000 per year

    Summary/Objective

    The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership team, handling a wide range of responsibilities independently. The EA acts as a liaison for internal and external parties, maintaining professionalism and a positive organizational image. This role requires sound judgment in diverse situations, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Essential Functions

    Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, particularly those impacting global operations.

    Document Preparation: Create Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, and special projects to support organizational objectives.

    Travel and Expenses: Arrange travel and accommodations for executives and prepare expense reports.

    Communication Management: Answer incoming calls, deliver accurate messages, and respond to requests by providing information or directing calls to the appropriate staff.

    Correspondence: Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and external organizations.

    Presentations: Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks.

    Guest Relations: Greet and direct guests and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

    Discretion and Judgment: Utilize discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment in all interactions.

    Additional Projects: Complete other projects as assigned.

    Skills and Qualifications

    Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an executive assistant role.

    Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

    Communication and Time Management: Excellent communication and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    Adaptability: Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and perform additional duties as assigned.

    Physical Demands

    General Requirements: Regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

    Lifting: Occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    Full-Time: This is a full-time position.

    Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or as needed.

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

    Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
