Sales Manager - Restaurant Supply Retail (Mediterranean Products) + Hirgin now industry

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a bustling restaurant supply retail environment specializing in Mediterranean products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the restaurant supply industry. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the needs and trends within the foodservice industry.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize sales revenue. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, and other foodservice establishments. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:** Work closely with the purchasing and inventory management teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce carrying costs. Monitor product performance and sales trends to make data-driven decisions regarding assortment and replenishment.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the restaurant supply and Mediterranean food sectors. Use market intelligence to anticipate customer needs, capitalize on opportunities, and mitigate threats.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the restaurant supply retail sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and products, including sourcing, purchasing, and distribution channels.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
