    Description

    Senior Manager Opportunity in Human Capital Office of Human Resource Operations Talent Acquisition

    • Exercise managerial authority to oversee planning, directing program segments or staff functions, and setting goals and objectives.
    • Implement policy changes and manage organizational changes.
    • Approve allocation of funds in the budget.

    Requirements:

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National with proof of U.S. Citizenship.
    • Undergo personnel vetting and background investigation.
    • Complete Declaration for Federal Employment.

    Qualifications:

    To be qualified, must have supervisory or program management experience, with knowledge of budget and fiscal methods.

    Conditions of Employment:

    • Telework available (subject to IRS Telework Program criteria).
    • Completion of probationary periods.

    Education:

    Submit transcripts if education is used to qualify for the position.

    Additional Information:

    • Salary range based on locality pay.
    • Non-bargaining unit position.
    • Day Shift - Monday to Friday work schedule.

    Important Notes:

    • Obtain Government-issued charge card for business-related travel.
    • Must certify registration with the Selective Service System if applicable.
    • Pass Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process.
