Are you interested in combining theory and practice and becoming a true Amazonian? This program spans over three years, with alternating periods of theory and practice, and combines an academic degree with professional experience at Amazon.

The theory portion takes place at the Dual University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe, while the practical experience is gained at one of our logistics locations in Germany.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will earn an internationally renowned and state-recognized Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and qualify as a specialist in occupational safety.

Through this hands-on program, you will prepare for an exciting career in the field of Workplace Health & Safety at Amazon.

What you will learn:

Implementation of safety and health concepts
Creation and implementation of safety campaigns
Development of training materials
Conducting risk assessments
Implementation of legal and internal requirements in the area of occupational safety and health
Preparation of (near) accident reports and evaluations
Establishment of accident prevention programs
Occupational health management
Preparation and execution of audits
Collaboration with operational departments and other functional areas within the company (engineering, human resources, etc.)
Organization and execution of basic surveys and inspections in the vicinity of the fulfillment center, taking into account the processes in the facilities, health and safety supplies, and employee behavior.
