- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in motion graphics design and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (MUST)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Effective communication skills and ability to take direction and feedback positively
- Strong organizational skills and can prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate creative ideas
- Must be a team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Element 3D, Unreal Engine 5) a plus
- Visualize, design and animate motion graphics elements, including typography, illustrations, video and visual effects, that effectively convey PNY's message across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with the Creative Marketing team to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Utilize video software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D, to design and execute captivating motion graphics
- Adapt and optimize motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices
- Video production: Camera, lighting, and audio operation, including use of a green screen
- Video & Graphics Design editing and assembling footage into a concept and editing based on feedback
- Ideate, design and produce engaging, creative visual content for the brand (video, GIF, motion design, Unreal Engine, etc.)
- Meet with Product Managers and other team members to establish project goals, content needs and delivery expectations per category
- Propose creative aspects and ideas for various projects, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet requirements and exceed expectations
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design
