MAIN FUNCTION:
PNY is seeking a talented and creative Video and Motion Graphics Designer to join our team.

As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will work closely with the marketing team, video producers and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality video content that reflects branding priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in motion graphics design and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (MUST)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
High attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Effective communication skills and ability to take direction and feedback positively
Strong organizational skills and can prioritize effectively
Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate creative ideas
Must be a team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Element 3D, Unreal Engine 5) a plus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Visualize, design and animate motion graphics elements, including typography, illustrations, video and visual effects, that effectively convey PNY's message across multiple platforms
Collaborate with the Creative Marketing team to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget
Utilize video software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D, to design and execute captivating motion graphics
Adapt and optimize motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices

Video production:
Camera, lighting, and audio operation, including use of a green screen
Video & Graphics Design editing and assembling footage into a concept and editing based on feedback
Ideate, design and produce engaging, creative visual content for the brand (video, GIF, motion design, Unreal Engine, etc.)
Meet with Product Managers and other team members to establish project goals, content needs and delivery expectations per category
Propose creative aspects and ideas for various projects, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet requirements and exceed expectations
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design
Assist in other areas, as assigned
