Seeking a Graphic Designer/Junior
Administrative Assistant to join our team Responsible for
creating graphics to meet the criteria of AAHS
exclusive Members/Recipients


Responsibilities:

• Create eyecatching graphics and engaging designs
• Manage and coordinate graphic design projects from concept through completion
• Work closely with clients to create vision, conceive designs, and consistently meet deadlines and requirements
• Develop and maintain image library files
• Coordinate with outside agencies and services as needed
• Submit rough layouts for project approval
• Maintain and update website
• Upload photos and images to the database
• Coordinate Travel arrangements as needed
• Maintaining a strong social media and brand presence across the platforms i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin
• Strong graphic ability to create bi

- annual Star Diamond World Luxury Magazine, worldwide press kit, monthly newsletter, annual recipient list, and digital/hardcopy invitations for recipient events.


Qualifications:

• Previous experience in graphic design or other related fields
• Proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud utilizing InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Demonstrate creativity and originality through a professional portfolio
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Neat and organized workspace
• Highly motivated and attention to detail
• Mac savvy
• Experience with WordPress preferred
• You must be authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma
